Code to redirect old page

Hi.  I just purchaed my own domain name and switched hosting service.  What
is the HTML code to have my old site automatically forward to the new
address?  Thanks for the help.

If you have a domain name but have a site at another address then request
"domain forwarding" from your provider. For example I only have 1 physical
site at www.davidbartosik.com, but the domains www.davidbartosik.org and
www.davidbartosik.net both forward to there, the latter having no physical
pages.
If you physically have a page at an old address you can "redirect" that page
to another one, refer to
http://www.davidbartosik.com/pub2002/pub2002_15.htm
