I have just made a web site, and had a friend up load it onto the net via
"Plesk8.1.1". I found it too hard and confusing. If anyone has an idiots
guide Please let me know.

My current problem is the my web pages don't seem to adjust to different
size screens, when viewed on other computers. HELP - Any Idea's?

Publisher produces fixed width pages that are left justified. Unless you are
using Pub 2000, there isn't a good workaround. However you can reference
this page for how you can simulate a centered page: Understanding background
padding in a Publisher web (aka white space) :

As per your uploading challenges here are a whole group of links about the
subject, and don't forget to read the instructions in the FAQ section of
your webhost.

David Bartosik's articles about uploading:

Unless you are using forms on your website you can use FTP uploading
protocol. If you are using forms HTTP uploading will be required. There is
also a troubleshooting article.
