I create a web site using Microsoft Publisher. I design a form control inline
but I do not know how do I get feedback from my customer through my email.
For example; they fill in their requirements on my web, in my form control
and It automatically send to me through my email ?

Yes, if:

Your website has Frontpage Extensions installed and working.
Your host allows FP's form handler to work.
Your email address is the same domain as your website (there are some hosts
that allow other email addresses...but rare)
You Publish via the http method.

Post the URL to your website & form page for more help.

In addition to what Rob said, reference: Publisher web publication forms
