In Microsoft Publisher Web page design, I want to insert a logo onto a page
but when I do, the white area around the logo covers the background on the
page.  The logo is a circle and when it is pasted onto the page, it comes up
with a white square with the circle in the middle.  I want to "key" out the
white area around the circle.  How can I do that?

What kind of file is the logo?  You will need to make the white transparent.
Infanview can do this.
