I appologize for asking an old question, but all the links in the previous
answers go nowhere, so I really have looked, and can not find the answer. I
know nothing about html or websites, but I made my site and published it
using Publisher 2003. Everything works, except the submit button on my form,
which brings be to a "Page Not Found" page. I am desperate for help at this
point. Any help is greatly appriciated.

Perhaps you are trying the links to the old MVP site. David Bartosik's
content has been moved. Try these:

Reference: Publisher web publication forms 101
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/archive/2006/01/07/80564.aspx

Publisher - Uploading:
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/archive/category/1921.aspx

And pay special attention to the HTTP uploading protocol article. If you are
using FTP, then you will need to reinstall or disable and re-enable the FPSE
by way of your control panel on your website. FTP uploading will corrupt or
break the FPSE which are needed for the forms to work.
