I don't understand what PowerPoint has to do with any of this?

I don't understand what you mean by "they open encripted help"?

Please try to rephrase your questions, and perhaps post the URL of your
website to show us what problems you are having.

problem page(s)...
http://www.yourwebsitename.com or whatever it is.
