I'm trying to send an e-mail with an animated banner. When I do the HTML
Preview it looks fine, but when I do the E-mail Preview the animated banner
doesn't work. How I can solve this what I have to do to fix this issue?

Try sending a sample to yourself; it may be ok.

Animated GIF files and such become a static image during the conversion.

If you want to use the HTML formatted email message option, you really have
to keep your design and layout pretty simple. Read through the other
formatting tips and such in this article. You will see that there are a lot
of print formatting methods that won't work when converted to HTML.
I usually have better luck if I start with one of the email formatted
templates, testing each modification I make. Even then some of the templates
can have some problems too, so run the Design Checker tool to spot some of
the potential issues.
