I have created a web page and want to have the user contwact me from the
site.  At first I tried using a form and setting the contact button to send
the data by email, but on testing it found that I got a message saying "the
site is not available".  After trying numerous wordings in HELP, I found by
accident that an email button was available under design gallery objects.
Good, so far, however this button is set to send an email to xyz@microsoft
and i cannot find how to change this.  Anything I put into help comes back
with anything but the answer, I am obviously using the wrong keywords.  Help

This is one way to do it.

On your web page while in Publisher put.

Contact: Crazy Lady

With the mouse capture the words Crazy Lady

Now select Insert, Hyperlink and a window opens up

Place your email address in the box and ok the window.  Now the words Crazy
Lady will be blue and underlined on your webpage.

To fancy the link up a little bit while in the Hyperlink window, you can add
to your email address the Subject: information, i.e.,

Your email address, i.e.,       CrazyLady@xyz.com?Subject=In regard to Wild
Watusi dance lessons.

Now when visitors click on your link your address will appear in the To:
line and "In regard to Wild Watusi dance lessons." will appear in the
Subject line.  Adding the information in the Subject line helps you
determine what the email is about when you receive mail.
