I built a web page from a picture so I had to add hot spots for links. I need the links to blink or I could add some buttons I made but the buttons loose their rotation when I make a composite in picture it. Example; http://www.cssplay.co.uk/articles/imagemap/ However, I have no idea how you would approach this in Publisher created web, or if you could do it at all. Personally, I'd never do a home page (or any page for that matter) out of an image like the OP's.
