I am trying to create a web page for my office, however I am extremely new to
using publisher. I have put our company logo in the top left hand corner of
the page and I wish for it to have a wave effect going through it constantly.
I cannot find out how to achieve this, or if it is actually possible. I know
in powerpoint you can do things to text to make them move and wave, but I
dont know if you can do it in publisher.

Caitlyn,

You would need to use an animated .gif file (or an animated .png but I
think Opera is the only browser that supports these at this time). You
would import that image into Pub.
