Could you please advise how I can copy a few pages from my publisher web file
to a new file without losing all the webpage details. ie. the file name,
keywords, etc?

Try File > Save As and then delete the pages you don't want to keep.

I tried. But it is not working since I can't delete one page.  whenever I
click on it, it shuts down my publisher.  I am using Publisher 2003 and
Mozilla.

Go to pages you need in the design mode, select all and then copy...
Open a new file and than past these items in it, and save as <chose a
name.html>.

Try this technique and you will find out that it will save you time and
money..
