submit button not submitting

I am using publisher 2003. Just to inform you first, I dont understand all
the technical lingo so please try and explain as simply as possible to me!!
My site is up and running, however, once i hit submit on my form, it just
takes me to a page saying PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND.

I am extremely confused as i have followed all instructions and still it
wont work, I have spent all day just trying to fix a few errors on other
pages, and uploading them.

Please can someone help me?

I have a contactus form but when we press submitt button it gives me messages like server administrator problem please

my web site as www.abc.com
My contactus form is like
Name :______________
Address:____________
email:_______________

and SUBMITT button

please provide me code with explanation how it workd and how I got email such as info@abc.com
