Problem when adding a new page

I have an existing publisher file that was created as a web site.
Today, when I try to add a new page to this file, I don't get the Add web
page dialog, instead I get the dialog "Add Page", that usually apears when
klicking the "More..." button of the add web page dialog.
I get the same result with both Publisher 2003 and 2007.

I can only add empty pages and can not use templates.
does anybody knows a way to repair the file?

I see no "add a page" option, so I assume you are talking about "insert a
page"?

When I go to Insert and look at the menu, I get two relevant options: Insert
a duplicate page, which is not going to give you any other options. The
other is just to insert Page which when clicked brings up a Insert Web Page
dialog. It is here that you have the option of choosing a "page type", which
includes About Us, Blank, Calendar etc. Is this what you meant by
"templates". Are you saying that you do not get that dialog?

Have you downloaded and installed any MSFT patches recently?

Is this Lostinpublisher posting again? We had a similar post recently...

I may have misunderstood your question, but it seems to me that you can only
add a page to the original Publisher document and then re-publish it as a web
site, rather than adding to the existing web files. Perhaps newsgroup readers
with more experience can confirm this.
