Problems with webpage created in pub 2002

My webpage contains a masterpage and 37 other pages. When I have uploaded my
webpage, using export as webpage and a ftp-program, only page 1 is correctly
shown. In all the other pages, there is a lot of red X's, where there should
be either buttons or some graphic.

Do not use a Master Page with a web publication. Move that content onto the
main page(s) and you will probably be fine.
