In Publisher,Allow users to submit an email address on my website

I am trying to create a text box and submit button for people to subscribe to
a newsletter on my website.  Using Form Control, I inserted a text box and a
submit button to send the information from the text box to my email address,
but when I publish to the web, the submit button does not work.
