Can you export Publisher 2003 Web Site to ie:Dreamweaver

Without redoing the whole web site can you export/import a website done in
Publisher 2003 into a html developer product like Dreamweaver?  I have a
feeling the answer is NO, but I thought I would ask.

NO.
Well, actually you could but it will do you no good Pub's code is not
humanly editable :-)
But...try it!...but don't waste too much time on it...in the end you'll just
redesign in DW.
