I am building a web site that has a Horizontal Navigation Bar at the top of
the page.  It appears that Pub 2007 limits me to 4 across then a second row
starts for 5 through 8.  I am trying to get 6 across the top.  I can
manually move them around but then the wizard does not like that move.

Spike,

I played with this a bit without coming up with a good answer. I did notice
that I can resize the four buttons by grabbing the four on the right side
and dragging to the left. This resized the four buttons proportionally.
However, this didn't change the buttons in the next "line", or add them to
the first "line" of buttons. Have you tried resizing the buttons on both
lines this way, and then ungrouping the buttons, and moving the second line
up to the first manually? This will probably kill the wizard, and you should
probably only do this after you have added all the pages to the main menu.
If you want to add a page after ungrouping, the wizard will not work.
However, though a bit of a pain, if you did want to add a page at some point
in time, you could delete the old navbar and insert a new one...or just add
another navbar button manually.

I'll keep playing with it to see if I can come up with a better
workaround....and perhaps someone else out there will chime in with one.

David

Found IT !!!
Select the following

Insert:
Design Gallery Object:
Navigation Bars:
On the top right of that screen select horizontal and the number of links
across
Add pages
Resize the bar
Wizard remains in play

Takes some playing with but it works

Thanks Spike. I figured there had to be a way, but I sure didn't spot it.
