Hi,
I have constructed a website using MS publisher 07. The website preview
works great, all pages and images can be seen. Once uploaded to host site,
only enitire home page can be seen. When links to other pages are clicked, a
HTTP 404 webpage not found is shown. Can someone please explain how.. in very
simpistic terms (novice here) i am able to get all pages and pictures showing.
As there is no SAVE AS HTML option with pub. 07... what do we select so save
document for easy web upload, and which files should be uploaded.
my site is www.beadedjewelz.com.au if that makes it easier for you to see
what im trying to convey here.
cheers

To produce the html web pages from your Pub 2007 web publication you will
File > Publish to the Web. Publisher will produce an "index.htm" file (your
home page) and an "index_files" folder that contain your other pages and all
your supporting graphics and images. You apparently have not uploaded the
"index_files" folder.

Prepare, publish, and maintain your Publisher Web site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/publisher/HA100947601033.aspx
It is written for Pub 2007, but if you are using IE7 instead of IE6, then
the directions for using Vista would apply. FTP uploading has changed with
the introduction of IE7.

If you are using forms in your web publication, reference: Publisher web
publication forms 101:

Reference: How to publish a Publisher web in HTTP:

If you choose to use FTP uploading then consider downloading and installing
the free FTP client FileZilla:
http://filezilla-project.org/  It is likely to be easier for you. Take the
time to also download the excellent documentation and read it.
