You don't download the html files from the host and modify them. You go back
to your original Publisher file and make your changes there, and then
publish new html files and upload them. Publisher is not a code editor.

If you did not keep your original Pub file, then you will have to recreate
it. You can download each page and save as a Pub file, and copy and paste to
one Pub file, and rebuild your navigation.

What?
You're trying to link something to a Temp file?

Please restate your case.

You "did it"...what does that mean? Did you have to rebuild your Publisher
file?

What do you mean by you click on the "tab"? Are you talking about links on a
navigation bar, navigation "button", a tab that is part of your navigation
bar design?

Your question is unclear. Are you saying that your links do not work when
you do a web page preview? Are you saying that they do not work after you
upload your site? If they don't, then redo the links.
