I'm using publisher 2003 to design my site.  I'd like to include things
having text spin when you hover over it, or a picture that scrolls through a
series of pictures, or things like that, which publisher doesn't offer.  I
don't really know much about html so was wondering if there's a free html
code builder anywhere that could help me come up with the necessary code for
me to paste into the html code fragment.
Does anyone know of a site?

There is lots of free script out there, and even a few script building
services. Just Google for "javascript whatever script" and look at what is
available. Be careful about adding a lot of bells and whistles. Just because
you can do something doesn't mean you should. Less is more sometimes.
