Generating an e-mail to be sent using MS Publisher 2003. The fonts look fuzzy. How do I increase the resolution to smooth the edge? Sounds like the text has been converted to an image. Try to select some of the text to test. Go to Tools > Options > Web tab and uncheck the option to send as an image.
