How do I save only photo groupings that I have created in a publisher document to my desktop so that I can insert them into an HTML email? Depends on the version of Publisher. With Pub 2003 and probably 2007, group the images, right click and save as a picture. Be sure to choose the "web resolution" at 96 dpi. Or copy the group of images, and paste into your favorite image editing software...
