Help, I made changes to my website and republished.  When I view the webpage
by clicking directly on it in my file on computer the changes are there;
however, after uploading new webpage using ftp the site doesn't show my page
changes.  I tried deleting everything from my web folder and uploading all
new, but still not changed.  What else can I try?

try refreshing your browser when viewing for changes on the live version.

some hosts cache published changes.

are you sure you're uploading all files that relate to the change?

I've refreshed brower and still no good.  I've deleted all files and uploaded
fresh and it changes my htm page to a small file and doesn't have all my
stuff.  Is there a size limit maybe?  The htm file is 40,786 in my computer
folder but when it uploads it changes to 40,075 and doesn't have all the pages
