"g" and "y" cut off after converting to web

I am using publisher 2003 and I have two fonts that seem
to have the drop letters (.e.g "g" and "y") cutting off
at the bottom (Verdana and Lucida Sans)
Any recommendation?

I found and bugged that during the beta.
As of yet I have not heard of it being fixed.
