Uploading Publisher File using my FTP

I had a version of Publisher that I had been using on my
work computer (running Windows 2000) that I had been
using to create webpages, but it is being removed
tomorrow.  I had ZERO problem uploading my files.  I
would save as webpage, and then open up FTP pro and
select the new files publisher had created (including the
index file) and save it to my site.  But, since I will
not have access to that version of Publisher anymore, I
am having to create all new publisher files on my home
version (the two aren't compatible, but its OK because I
think I like my home version better graphically).  My
home version is for XP and it was made in 2002.  There's
no longer any index file when it saves it as a webpage
and changing the file name doesn't work either.  I cannot
for the life of me figure out how to upload to my site
with this version.  Please help!  I'm about ready to just
give up and shut down my website since I can't update it
anymore.  I'm using FTP Pro to upload files.

I recommend you go thru the tutorial I have on using 2002 and uploading -
www.davidbartosik.com/ppt.htm
You should also review the articles I have in my sites 2002 section as it
covers topics that the 2002 user needs to know.
