MS Office Forum / Publisher / Web Design / February 2004Web Folder not opening
When I try to open my Website using the Publisher I get the following message: Not enough memory to complete operation. close other....etc. I have tried everything possible to free up system memory, yet problem is now solid. It will not open web folder. I can still saved stuff onto root site. But not the rest of my website!! HELP!!! amolina@latinovision.org Web folder? In Publisher? if you need to open a web folder you do so in Windows Explorer. if you need to manipulate files in a web folder you do so in Windows Explorer. the only thing opened in Publisher is a .pub file. Open the .pub file that is your web publication, make the modifications and then publish. No problem for the last 2 years. Warning message about "nor enough memory" started last Friday. Web host tech support feels it's a problem with Word not able to map out website when opening Web Folders.
