I have great tutorials from my hosting site on how to use the web publishing wizard to get my site uploaded but in my version (2003) I can't find the wizard. Is there such a wizard in publisher 2003

If not, what do I do ?

The WPW was installed with earlier versions of Windows and also earlier
versions of some Office programs. Microsoft dropped support of WPW in favor
of Web folders (network places) in Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Office
programs now use web folders.
See my uploading tutorial at www.davidbartosik.com/ppt.htm
The section on http is web folders.
