Is there a way to recieve the info from the form mailer
to not appear as random lines of info?
But rather the name/address/etc together and the items
ordered together with the appropiate item # and price?
I hope I explained so you understand. Thankyou!

It would help if you would be more specific on which form from the Wizard
you are referring to.

It's been my experience that the output (assuming you are using the Pub form
with FP extensions) is ordered in the same order as the form fields.
If the form fields are
name
address
city
product

than the output results are in that same order.
