I've included the following code as an HTML fragment in
Pub 2003. In my browser the resulting Hyperlink text
appears in Times New Roman and colored Blue.
How can I make it appear in a different Font style and
color?

<a target="_ blank"href= "http://www.ft.com/markets">
Financial Times</a>

Thank you
