I would love to see some others tips on optimising web sites after "florida"
and now the 3rd dance of "Brandy"
or am I using the wrong newsgroup?

This forum is specific to topics involved with using Publisher.
I'd suggest going to google and looking under 'groups' to find a forum
referencing google or otherwise specific to your topic.

Thanks david, but I do mean optimising Publisher 2000 webpages for Google,
still wrong group?

I just finished with your other post. Personally I suggest firing your guru
and spend your time concentrating on making a good web site. But that's just
my opinion.
This isn't the forum to discuss the so called claim of "optimization".
That's a huge, and broad, and never ending topic.
The tool that creates the page is not relevant. The search engine certainly
doesn't care what tool was used.
Google is constantly modifying, search engines hate "tricks" meant to
manipulate it's returns.
In my opinion if the content is legit and relevant for the searcher than the
engines robot will find it.

Well, thanks for replying, but no help, not sure of your motives for not
wanting to be helpful, and your obvious displeasure, perhaps you got out of
bed the wrong side today? ....
I have always in the past 4 or 5 years found this to be the most helpful of
forums. My appologies for not asking the question in a way that would enable
a civil answer.
