This forum is for assisting users of Microsoft Publisher in making a web
page.
If you aren't using Publisher it wouldn't be the right fit for you.
And since Publisher doesn't support html editing or php and it doesn't
typically support other non IE browsers we typically don't get "techie"
here.
If you are using a design ap (versus text editor) you should start with
forums by that product.
If you want more technical forums visit google, go to groups and search for
a group that has words like 'html' or 'php' , etc. in the forum titles.
