Hi david!

I've put together a web site with a lot pictures of
exercise demonstrations and lots of small frames.

Can you tell me if this is a bad idea as far as page
loading and even search engine positioning is concerned?

I'm wanting to know if frames can adversely affect this.

Thanks again David!

Quantity of pictures always effects load time. It is best to try and find a
balance between design and load time. you can use www.echoecho.com to test
load time.
As far as frames, I have always been anti-frame, therefore I don't have
experience in their use.
As far as search engines, I don't know. Search engines have complex formulas
that change regularly.
