How do let users enter data into, & access data from, an Access database (using usernames & passwords)?

If you are referring to use of Access specifically refer to the Access forum
at microsoft.public.access

If you are referring to using an Access database as the back-end of a web
site ....
- if you are referring to Publisher web sites, you cannot. Publisher only
supports web design not programming.
- if you are referring to web sites in general refer to the ADO forum at
microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.adonet
- otherwise refer to the forum of whatever web programming tool you are
using.
