I have created a small website but the pub file is appox
7 Mb.

When I look at the generated webpages, the biggest
individual file by far is called "oledata" and is an MSO
type file.

What is that, why is it so big and does it help explain
why my webpages take so long to load?

Thanks
Steve

There are tons of threads in this forum covering 2003 and offering
explanations and covering my suggestions. I suggest reviewing the forum. I
don't want to repeat everything in this post but in short, you need to do
two things, 1st go into tools, options and unselect the options for png and
vml. 2nd - do not insert full size images on the page and then resize them,
instead use your favorite photo editor to resize the image close to what you
want to use
and save them in a web resolution and then place that resized copy on the
web page.
