No graphics load when I load the webpage that is saved in pub 200

Common customer error, which is why it's on the FAQ page -
www.davidbartosik.com/faq.htm (bookmark it). The files are in a sub-folder
which you did not upload. You can turn off the sub-folder to avoid this
mistake (refer to my upload tutorial - www.davidbartosik.com/ppt.htm). The
best solution is to always upload the site with Publisher - not a third
party tool - so that you are assured of getting all files published
properly. I assume you don't know how to do the latter so refer to
http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMArticle.asp?ID=324
