Will, I don't know that it would help, but you might consider reinstalling
your graphic filters. From what I have read, they can become corrupt.
Perhaps someone else can give you a better answer...
As to the size of your site, I decided early on to break my site up so it
would be more easily managed. Here is a link to David Bartosik's site and an
article that describes this:

While it may be a pain to divide your site now that it is so big, it may
save you a lot of time in the future if the site is going to get bigger. And
though I don't particularly care for how Publisher 2003 handles website
building, one of its new features would allow you to upload only those parts
of your site that you have changed..."incremental uploading", which might be
an answer for you. Be sure you read everythng David has to say about
Publisher 2003 before you make the switch however. There are some
downsides...

Thanks for all the help, I will probably go with trying
to split the site, as loading times were long anyway! If
the graphics filter then doesn't work then I would
reinstall it, but i would keep with splitting the site.
Thanks again!

While the circumstances are different, it might give you some insight into
why you are getting the GIF export filter is missing error. Good luck.
