Looking for a program to stop people copying text and pics from my sites

Just don't publish it and they won't copy it

Publisher 2003 and it's support of VML can provide this.

If you create a web site in Pub 2003 and the visitor using IE 6 views your
page and right-clicks on an image there is no option to save the image.
You could convert your text blocks to images and thereby protect text as
well.
