MS Publisher; Bullets appearing as Question marks

Hi

When i upload my website to the server, all the bullets appear as
question marks. Im using Publisher 2003. What are the possible causes
of this problem?

could be a font thing or an html symbol thing.

> Well, i solved the issue by using a bullet from a diffrent font style. Also, when viewed on a diffrent pc, it appeared normally. Strange.
