Change Bookmark name.

Where can I change the name that people see when they bookmark a site built
in Publisher? As it stands the bookmark says "Home" .

Set the page title in the page options dialog. Location of dialog differs by
version which you don't specify. Either under File menu or Tools menu. Or
refer to the page settings article by version section on my site.
