I have 2 addresses set up in outlook one is for my business and the other to hotmail. The link to my business account will not work only to hotmail. I know that I need to change the settings but which ones?

Not sure if this is what you want:

Tools > Accounts > Mail > Add

You will be asked for your some information
such as display name & e-mail address

You will require both the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server
e-mail settings and the Mail Server Type e.g. POP3 , HTTP (hotmaill would
use this) etc.  Should be able to get them from your e-mail provider,
(business)

Hope this helps

Sketcher.
