pub keeps wanting to install

never used publisher when i bought the software package
but now i need it. everytime i try to run publisher, it
need the cd to run. i've tried reinstalling the software,
making sure it is to be fully installed to the computer,
but when i run the software, it wants the cd.  HELP
PLEASE!!!

Mary, I have several times. I tried to do install it on my
father's computer and have had no problem. WHY???
please help.

Because your computer is sick and needs fixing - the reason why I thought
you were here

This will cure your ills and problems and make things better.  Make sure you
give your computer a kiss!!!

You can get a program from the MS website called "msicu.exe" and there is a
second one required for Disk 2 of Office. Read the instructions with these
files carefully, and fully understand how they work, but they will/should
cure your ills.

Before re-installing Office and Publisher, download and install the new
version of the Windows Installer.
