Are you saying all the fields are not showing? Skip the address block, create a
text box, pay no attention to the drop down if you haven't pictures, simply
click name, address or whatever you have in your data.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for your reply. I can get all the fields to show. I tried the
block address, as well as created each address field. Either way, I cannot
see the whole address database showing all the address lines filled with the
data. I get 1 line showing the corresponding database data. I get no 'drop
downs', other than the one, where I can choose each of the corresponding
