Hello,
I'm going crazy with this problem.  I'm wanting to print addresses
directing on my customer mailing, using no labels.  I've successfully added
my data source file but when I go to add the Address Block or Address Fields
I can't get past having only one Field show.  (like First Name) Where it says
"Point to field that you want to insert. When the drop down arrows appears,
click the arrow, & then Click Insert Text or Insert as Picture".  Well I'm
not able to find any other of my address fields 'drop down' to add.  Even in
the Insert Address Field drop downs only offer my one field to choose from.
Help!  I'm sure it's something right in front of me but I can't see it.
Thanks Patriciasherbs

Are you saying all the fields are not showing? Skip the address block, create a
text box, pay no attention to the drop down if you haven't pictures, simply
click name, address or whatever you have in your data.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for your reply.  I can get all the fields to show.  I tried the
block address, as well as created each address field.  Either way,  I cannot
see the whole address database showing all the address lines filled with the
data.  I get 1 line showing the corresponding database data.  I get no 'drop
downs', other than the one, where I can choose each of the corresponding
fields.    Thanks Patricia
