I'm trying to make a card that doesn't have the regular square or rectangular
shpa but that has the shape of a shell. I have no clue whatsoever how to
start, and if it can be done with any programm I have. Please your insights
and ideas (as soon as possible)

You would have to do some trimming.
What size do you want your card?
Get some clipart for a pattern. Most clipart can be ungrouped. All you want is
the outline. These clips would work.

Virtually all programs available can only deal with rectangular
documents. Draw a shell shape onto the rectangular page, and work within
that when designing your document. Your printer may not like printing on
non-rectangular paper; that will not be Publisher's problem.
