Don't think that will work, Don, if it is a mix of text and pictures.
Open the Office Clipboard from the edit menu. You can collect 24 items, it will
make your process easier. When you say columns, are these guides you have setup
in the arrange menu? Be certain your cursor is not in a text box when you select
all.

Using Publisher 2000 here.
I had success in copying a news letter of mine which was a collection of
three columns and some pictures to a new worksheet. The Copy process was
successful using Copy all, grouped the page with the mouse with and without
locking the individual text and pictures boxes.
What didn't copy was the column red and blue lines. I had to reestablish
the margins, columns and rows.

Hi,
Yes, the columns are guides i have setup in the arrange menu. I use them to
guide my text and picture boxes.
I will have a go with your advice and give you some feedback.
Thank you
