How to create newsletter to be viewed on website as newsletter?

I want the newsletter to be viewed exactly the way I create it on my website.

You could accomplish this by using one of the free- or shareware PDF creators
available on the WWW. They install as printer drivers, so you essentially
print your document (Word, Publisher, or anything else that can be printed)
to PDF format, upload the PDF to your site, and create a hyperlink to it.
Your viewers won't need to have Publisher installed to read your newsletter,
and Adobe Reader for PDFs is a free download for both Mac and PC.
