Whenever I open a Publisher document I get the message "Publisher cannot load the hyphenation dictionary". I have tried repairing, reinstalling and a few other things, but I am floundering around not knowing what is wrong, or what to do. The box that comes up suggests reinstalling, but that does not work; or shortage of memory, but I have 1GB. Any ideas? Terry@nz What does the error specifically say? Usually when memory is mentioned it isn't RAM it is virtual memory. It would be helpful to know your version of Publisher. The script blocking feature of Norton can cause some memory errors. Are you running Publisher in a compatibility mode? If you are be sure you have designated a display setting. Think about using the cleanup utility. This might fix Publisher when you re-install the program. Just be certain you have your product number.
