We are sending out newsletter to our customers in Microsoft Publisher. How do we implement "unscribe" function on the bottom of newsletter? You will have to convert the newsletter to HTML, create a hyperlink to your email address. The best solution would be to send the newsletter via a PDF attachment with a hyperlink to the unsubscribe message. There are free PDF converters around. www.primopdf.com is one.
