Mail and catalog merge

I am assuming you are using Publisher 2003. Publisher 2007 made merging from
Outlook more user friendly.

Hi, I am pretty familiar with merging. It seems that MS uses categories
different then my thinking. I like to keep most everyone in my main contacts
folder and use categories. I have many contacts that are multiple
categories, i.e. Past Client, SOI, Investor, Builder... As you can see that
using folders to separate would be not be ideal. One piece of contact
information changes it would not be fun to update.
There is no option to merge to a category form the Mail Merge Recipients
Window. In either version '03, '07
When you start in Publisher, you drill down to the OL Mail Merge Recipients
Window and there is no option for category.
When you start out in OL it uses a word doc and not publisher.
