My picture on my screen has rotated 90 degrees

I had to put my monitor on its side to view my screen.  How do I rotate my
screen so I can view it normally

Do you have Pivot software? Look at the software that came with your graphics
card, it usually has this setting.

Desktop rotated 90 degrees
CTRL+ALT+Up arrow (or sometimes Ctrl-Shift-R)
