How can I make a picture appear that the edges are burnt. I want the picture to appear it has been in a fire all around the edge of the picture. If that won't work, you aren't smart enough to be operating a computer. Do you have any type of editing program? Possible choices may be: Adobe Photo Shop or Elements, PaintShop Pro.
